I’ve just finished reading a challenging little book called Silence – the Gateway to God, written in 2017 by David Runcorn who is an Anglican priest. It includes a ‘Spirituality Workbook’ – a guide for explorers, pilgrims and seekers and is aimed at those who do not find ‘silence’ easy, but know they need it. It was published by Grove Books of Cambridge for £3.95 , and is well worth a read, if you can find a copy.
